Its been a while i last blog again..i wanted to blog abit but somehow very tired after work and also after school.. been not taking of my body and health really well, always had muscle cramps on my backbody if not, having minor headache like what i am having now..

Business been doing ok , i hope for this mth, but it wasnt very good for the last 2 mths as there are obstacle such as the H1N1 flu and also school holiday.. i tend to realise that students dun like to come for tuition when they're having their term break..

School work been making me busy as well especially with the BPP project.. everything is stll under control and i hope i can finish the full report anytime soon with not much of the work happening around me at the moment..

Updates..

Its been awhile since i last updated..been busy with all the assignments and test.. i still have a few presentation and i am procrastinating(i think this is how it spells) oh.. watever..

My tuition school has been operating for almost 2 mths now.. so far i have 10 teachers with me at the moment including myself.. my two favourite teachers would be cath and Linji, and yes im being bias here..some of the teachers are doing fine but theres one particular teacher that i am pissed off about it.. naa dun reveal too much here..

the interior of the tuition school haha..but before that, it is located at the first floor of the building.. when u walk in from the door, on ur left side, i have located 2 book shelves on the sides, and on the right side, hanging two whiteboard and 2 comfty chair to sit in and free sweets for students and parent and also teachers haha.. then theres the receptionist sits, to be exact. where i sits.. then beside me, on the left there is my bookshelves and my tables, and on my right, theres a photocopy machine, snack bar and a refridgerator.. typical office.. floors are carpeted and i have been spending alot on febreeze.. ahha

there are 4 classrooms in the tuition school, an office, a kitchen and a toilet. I have one classroom for myself where i usually teach in..theres one big classroom that can accomodate 10 to 12 students, one class room which fits 8 to 10 students and another small classroom for 4 to 6 students. my classroom can fits almost 6 to 8 students. all the rooms are carpeted. my classroom is located at the receptionist area, as well as the office, which now, some sort of store and also Linji's room.. special one ah ahaha

theres one corrider that leads to the other three rooms, one room on the left and 2 rooms on the right.. at the very end, theres the male and female toilet and the kitchen. Not a bad one as the place is quite big and the area is nice, all the rooms have tables and chairs, whiteboards, air conditioning.

I remember wwhen i took over the place, actually its an existing tuition school..the place was in a mess, not exactly a mess but dull..not as colourful as now, the shelves are untidy, u can see the notes flying around, lots of useless things laying around which pisses me off.. yes.. i guess u guys might be thinking.. why taking over and complain so much? haha naww.. not complaining lah but then it really took an effort to restructure everything.. thanks to my mum and dad that does the restructuring..

Oohh oohh i have lots of people to thank here haha.. one more time..my uncle and aunts that gave the full support.. my mum and dad.. my sis and my cousins.. u know who u are and u guys are the best.. thanks to Cath and Linjji for teaching..and to the one who got me the capital... and always ask, "hows business?" "got earn money" "keep going on, doing good" haha

So thats all about it on the tuition school..

The next thing i would like to thanks Jean and Siong on the invitation on the 22nd and 23rd of May for their wedding invitation.. i had fun and congratulations to both of u..

Actually right, im blogging because im waiting for my mask pack to dry so that i can peel it off and go to sleep but i dun think its dry enough haha so got to wait for it to be dry a little..

Im back!!

I know i have been on Hiatus for like?! haha more than a month.. no feeling of blogging bah but then macam malas kan memblog ani!! but then, i dont want the spiders to make their web on my blog so i decided to do a little update here.. actually im having my marketing test later but then i decided to blog a little while before heading back to the papers doing some last minut of studying.. i hope i can pass this test..

So what have i been doing recently?? my tuition school is getting better after one month of operation. There is quite a number of student and i hope to get more student by May.. Exams are coming up.. we provide tuition for Year 1 to Year 8, PMB, O and A levels to meet the needs of these students. I hope i can handle with my Studies and my work.. its a very big responsiblity i can say..i do not want to let the pple down whom supported me..

Its been calling on and off, on and off for several time and this time i decided to let it go after, soon coming three years of relationship..i decided not to waste time and not to drag as i still have to move on.. well its part of life where u lost interest on that particular person.. and to stay single before someone right turnns up again.. well im doing ok.. i tought i might have like.. urgh!! not again.. those missing jealous feeling but then im still doing ok.. maybe too many important things for me to think and not to think of this nuisance for the time being.. nevermind haha i will look for the right one or maybe the otherway round.. likewise..

I have been using my Canon DSLR for 2 mths now and im liking it.. it is sure nice taking lots of pple.. i can see that the pictures turns out to be a story.. haha terkarang but well the pictures are so much nicer then taking using a normal digital camera.. haha..but then i have still so much to learn on the piece of thing which is only smaller than my head a little.. haha

Im done on blogging.. going back to the papers before heading to the toilet and get myself ready for class..

Teluk Intan and KL!! thumbs UP

I was on Vacation with my family Last week, We were invited to my dad's old fren's Son's Wedding at Teluk Intan on the 20th and 21st of March 2009. The wedding was great and the food was splendid..throughout the whole journey, we were like, keep on stuffing food into out mouth..but then the food was great, i have no complains, its just that the weather is HOT Hot and HOT

We took the flight to Kl from Labuan as we were travelling with frens of my dad..and arrived at KL officially on the 19th, taking a flight by AirAsia is somehow different since the last time i used in 2004, it was in KLIA back then but then now they used the LCCT which is something different- we have to walk up and down to the plane and long journey to and fro the halls.. very hectic and HOT!!

Driving to Ipoh is somehow 4 hours and to teluk intan its about 2 hour and a half.. it was a tiring journey.. but a great experience.. the wedding was somehow different to the bruneian's one as they reli follow the chinese tradition to the max.. and i able to see how the wedding work.. it was a fun one on both days..

Kl was great too but i didnt shop alot..my mum and sis bought a lot and spend alot too.. i only bought a few haha tshirts pants and a baby - DSLR Canon EOS 1000D haha.. i didnt wana spend so much as i have a bigger responsiblity starting next mth..I'll disclose everything Next mth so better catch up on the blog ya!

Anyways.. Now i know y my Boss was so angry with me after i resigned.. i just found out that MISS B is being a "batu api". My Old fren told me that Miss B told every teacher that I SEND HER A TEXT MESSAGE SAYING THAT I AM VERY HAPPY THAT I LEAVE THE TUITION SCHOOL!!!!! which I DID NOT.. WHAT The FUCK!!!! Stupid BITCH.. no wonder my Ex boss is so angry with me??!!!

Stupid asshole but anyways.. ill update soon again.. going to Seria tomorrow..

New Chapter..

I hope next month will be a very new chapter to me, i am not going to disclose anything here before everything is settle and confirm. Some of my freinds knew what i am up too and it is definately good for my future. I guess this is a good start.

Life is as simple, nothing really special happened for the last one week, its just that the motivation of working there has gone, no more "mood" on working there,not as happy as i were for the last few years.. where working is nothing much a hassle with the friendliest environment that i have encountered. I can declare that i am not happy working there anymore.

Full of sarcasm, bias, and many many more that happened to me eversince this year. My working schedule was cutted off, my salary was out late.

A continuation of the previous post..last post was about the decision that she made and i was not very happy and frustrated on the decision. i still think that it is the most unfair decision that she have made after working for a few years..

I understands that working in any company, they are tends to be bias here and there.. now i have readily encountered one, eventhough it is only in a tuition school where there is less politics, less conversation. . bias still happens. I have a colig, name her Miss A and my boss Miss B. Miss A and Miss B are really close.. Miss A teaches from Monday to Thursday and Saturday, primary students. Miss A is situated in Muara on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, Kiulap on Wednesday and Saturday. All the Class she teaching, Miss B will be there. So sometimes Miss A will follow Miss B, to Kiulap, Save the hassle on the Fuel. How nice, but me? Who offers to send me to Kiulap every monday and thursday? I have to drive down to Qlap myself.

About the Paid..Miss A pays is readily higher than mine in a way, Miss A only teaches a few primary students and her pay is(all amount is an example, real amount is not disclose) $10 per hour session but my pay is only $12.50 per hour session and i am teaching the higher secondary. if in this case, i might as well teach the primary students.

Compare betwween the primary students and the secondary students

Primary student
- teacher got to only photocopy exercise from the file
- explain to them, ask them to do, do correction, explain an stick them into their book

Secondary student
- teacher got to photocopy lots of notes and exercise
- Explain to them bit by bit make sure they need to understand
- Ask them to do
- Explain again and again and again and again

Which one is more of a hard work? which one shud get more pay? the difference between a primary teacher and a sec teacher - $2.50?? i might as well teach the primary haha

So i received a text from my boss again this afternoon while i was having my beauty nap, she texted me up, on updates on my salary for Feb (btw i only gotten my feb salary on the 11th of March) she counted the salary *$335, in my heart i was thinking that got so little meh.. i work for quite alot of days.. i counted that day should be *$385.. so i texted her up and up again.. saying that its shouldnt be that little.. so things got sorted out that she missed count a sum of *$50..so pissed of man.. with $50 u can do alot of things with it..

but the main reason i was pissed of is that..

- she thinks that i want to cheat her $$$, in my heart, i was thinking, y do i have to cheat on ur money??

- she needs to reconfirm with her secretary, miss A to confirm that I was THERE on that day(the day that she miss counted), i told her bluntly that i was there and i remembered that miss A and her was chasing me away because they wanted to attend a yoga class. See? i remembered. And what i dont like the most that she owes me an apology.. oh well.. since im quitting soon so yah!! ahha she texted me up and said i was there. Childish

- she is being sarcastic that i am angry on that incident last thursday.. so who cares if i am angry.. non of ur business.. u shud be responsible..

Oh well.. im quitting soon so yeah haha.. well

The world is cruel with unfairness and judgemental

Now i know or i should have known that the world is cruel with lies, unfariness, judgemental and more of them..i tought i had a very good beggining for march but then its just the beginning. getting sick, unwell and not feeling so good is just a small matter that one have to suffer.

I received a text from boss saying that i dun have to teach on friday anymore, saying that those student quit my subject so i dun have to go to work on friday anymore..i feel that is it my fault making the student quit my subject or whatsoever.. i just wan to get things right.. i found out that most of them quit english were the form 3.. and yes i only taught them, science once.. and i didnt do anything to them.. they complained to boss saying that they dun like me teaching them and decided to quit..ONE class my goodness sake and they said they dun like me. i havent got to know them and they havent gotten to know me well yet and they are making a bad judgemental out of this? is it fair to me? i have not have this kind of problems in the past years.. Is it my problem just because of my looks.. proud and "look down on people type" if it is.. not my fault that i look like one.. i can be frenly with u if ur good to me..

Cant guys become a good teacher too? y only female can have the ability to become a good tuition teacher.both can be. a female one may be worst too. for example, if ur students are rude to u and always like to talked back every single sentense. are u going to keep quiet and ignore them.. where my pride? IS IT fair that the students doesnt like me and change teacher instantly, meaning that the student won the battle.. if this happens constantly.. let the student rule the school then.. no need teachers already.. since they are brighter than the teacher..teacher are there to help the student.. one teacher will not hate their own student but why the student have the rights to dislike the teachers.. yes i am a student now and before.. i know i do make a big mistake but i learned from it as well..

Yes, i am very frustrated over the boss decision and very angry and very sad too, i appreciate what i have now.. but then y pple cant be appreciate what i did for them.. sacrifcing my time at night, drive from one place to another to teach.. come home late.. no dinner but y cant they just be more appreative. i just feel that its not so right..

Oh well.. rants are rants.. can only write down or just talk about it then forget about it life is just full of unfairness.. ah well..oh.. the good things is i have more time on friday.. hahaha i can do whatever i have missed out doing for the last few years..watch tv.. blogging.. i shud blog every friday.. good idea right since im so so free.. i might wanna clean my room.. dusty..

Finally, after awaiting for 21 years, haha i finnaly turned 21 on the strike of midnight on the 18th Feb 2008. thank u for all the SMS, Facebook greetings, and all the mouth wishes from frens and families..from Brunei, Singapore and even my lovely frens from UK.. love u guys alot..

I bought myself a nokia E71.. after using a SE phone for almost 4 years, now i decided to change my preference back to Nokia.. maybe due to its functions and the wi-fi haha.. it was a good bargain for a good phone though... haha well i love my phone..haha
